life's idiosyncracies

Parents. They are the people who will always be there for us, even in the roughest of roads, without complain, because they love us unconditionally. They’ll be there even if the rest of the world turns its back on us. We must not ever take them for granted for we have much to learn from them, and we can, if we just take the time to listen to them. They don’t know everything but they share what they do know and what they learned the hard way. They may not have the right answers or the best advice but they always try to guide us to make the right decisions. They may be clueless about the current trends and they may not understand why we like certain things, but they really do understand us because they were once teenagers too, they once felt what we feel.
